Create Employee

To create a new employee, click on the plus icon or “add new” button.

  1. Name: Employee name (required)
  2. Email: The employee’s email. Allows Paysliper to send a digital copy of the payslip to the employee.
  3. Gross Pay:
  • Gross Pay (pay period): set fixed gross pay amount per period (monthly / weekly / bi-weekly / semi-monthly)
  • Annual Gross Pay: This option allows you to set an annual gross pay amount and retrieve each employee’s hourly rate. In the future, you’ll be able to calculate overtime and other factors with upcoming new features.
