Create Salary Preset

Preset Field types:

• Field name: Preset field title

• Field value: Preset field value

• Side: Set the position of the preset field left or right on payslip’s salary section

• Input type: Preset input types including none, amount, and formula

  • None: Adds a Salary Preset without a set amount or precalculation. The value will be filled in when you generate the payslip.
  • Amount: Adds a custom fixed amount to the preset field.
    
  • Formula:
    • Uses a formula to calculate the Basic Pay (gross pay) and Amount (final fixed amount). In the example below, we calculate the Basic Pay deducted by an income tax of 11%.
      
    • Basic (Gross Pay): The Amount field does not need to be filled, because the Basic (Gross Pay) is calculated using each employee’s gross pay, divided by gross amount
    • Amount: Insert any amount that will be used for other mathematical calculations later.
