Set Pay Period

Upon signing up for a new account and subscribing, a new user must first select a pay period option (can be changed later).

All employees are only allowed to use one pay period at the same time. If you select a different pay period later on it’ll conflict with the pay period that you selected previously. For example, if you used a monthly pay period for November 2020 and then decided to use a weekly pay period for December 2020, this will create a data mismatch and conflict with your previous setting.


Pay period options:

  1. Monthly: employee is paid every month
  2. Semi Monthly: paid twice per month
    • Select 1st & 15th day of the month
    • 16th & last day of the month
  3. Weekly: employee is paid on the same day every week
    • Select day of week. e.g. Friday
  4. Bi Weekly: employees get paid every other week
    • Select day of week. e.g. Friday
